Lumifi Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Lumifi Digital LLC (“Lumifi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) including the Lumifi platform, websites, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lumifi provides access to a customized digital marketing and CRM platform, powered by GoHighLevel (GHL), designed for local service businesses and niche industries. Services include, but are not limited to:
CRM system access and configuration
Custom automation workflows
Online booking and calendar tools
Two-way SMS and email communications
Review automation tools
Funnel/landing page creation
AI tools for messaging, content generation, and reviews
Onboarding, setup, and support (as applicable by plan)
All services are provided under a SaaS model with optional done-for-you onboarding and ongoing support packages.
You must be 18 years or older to register and use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Lumifi offers multiple subscription tiers. Your billing details are outlined on our pricing page and/or checkout form.
Monthly Fees:
Subscription fees are billed in advance each month.
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Founding Offers:
Founding pricing is locked in for life as long as the account remains active.
Usage-Based Charges: In addition to the base plan fee, customers may incur additional charges for usage-based services, including:

All usage fees are automatically rebilled to the client’s subaccount.
Rates are subject to change based on provider adjustments (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, LC). Lumifi will update rates when material changes occur.
Usage fees are non-refundable and billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Client is responsible for monitoring usage within their subaccount.
Lumifi may adjust markups to offset provider changes or maintain service quality without prior notice
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your access to the platform may be suspended until payment is resolved. You may lose the ability to send/receive messages and other services if you do not complete your payment on time.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
Delivery timelines for onboarding and setup depend on plan type and responsiveness from the client.
Support Availability
Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
You can expect a response to your support inquiry within 48 business hours.
For technical issues or urgent platform-related concerns, please contact us at team@lumifidigital.com and include as much detail as possible to help us resolve your issue quickly.
Higher level packages generally have reduced response times and additional available contact channels.
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Review and approve content in a timely manner
Maintain an active payment method
Use the system in compliance with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any local marketing regulations
Lumifi is built on the GoHighLevel platform and utilizes Twilio, Mailgun, OpenAI, and other third-party tools. We strive to deliver a high level of service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Limitation of Liability:
Lumifi shall not be held liable for any loss of business, leads, data, or revenue due to outages, bugs, delays, third-party errors, or disruptions in GoHighLevel, Twilio, email delivery providers, or AI-related systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Non-payment
Abuse of our staff or platform
Illegal or unethical use of services
You may cancel anytime via email or your client portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your billing period.
You own the data you input into the system. Upon cancellation, you may request a data export (contacts, conversations, etc.). We may delete inactive accounts after 30 days.
We may update these Terms occasionally. You’ll be notified of major changes, and continued use of the Service implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Macomb County, MI.
